At A7CONTECH, we are dedicated to providing you with a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free shopping experience. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods
We offer both standard and express shipping options for all orders:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 working days, depending on your location. The shipping charge for standard delivery is Rs. 250 for all orders, with no hidden fees. For bulky items, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and size of the products.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, delivering your order in 1 working day in Lahore.
Please note that we currently only offer shipping within Pakistan.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on working days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays). Any orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Free Delivery & No Hidden Charges
We offer free delivery for orders above 3 items, with no hidden costs. Please ensure you do not pay any amount to the rider beyond the price of the item listed.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Orders from international locations are not accepted at this time.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: Standard delivery usually takes up to 2-3 working days.
- Other Cities: Delivery may take 3-5 working days. Please note, delays may occur during sales, holiday periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is confirmed by our team, cancellations can be made within 4 hours. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
To cancel an order, please log in to your account and visit “Manage Your Order.” If you do not have an account, create one on our website and follow the cancellation process. Cancellations are processed within 2 days, and a confirmation email will be sent. If you paid online, a refund will be issued within 7-10 working days.
Damaged Products
In case of receiving a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order # and product photos at +92-328-4209939. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
