Order & Payment Policy

At A7CONTECH, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. To complete your purchase, simply add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For international transactions, the applicable exchange rates and fees from your bank will apply.

While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. If you have made a payment for an item that was listed with an incorrect price, we will notify you and issue a full refund. All prices and product details are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Information

Once your order is confirmed, we will process it and send your items to the provided delivery address. Delivery time is usually within 3-5 business days. Please note that there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, stock availability, or shipping issues. We will notify you via email if your delivery is delayed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. You can return the item within this period if it meets the following conditions:

• The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
• The product has not been damaged by the customer or used in any way.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us at orders@a7contech.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions Excluded from Return

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

• If the product is damaged due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• If the item has been opened, used, or altered from its original condition.
• If the product is subject to wear and tear due to regular use.
• If the product has been damaged by pests, pets, or unauthorized repair.

Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your product (e.g., color or size), we offer an exchange option instead of a return. You may exchange the item for another one within 15 days of receiving it as long as it is in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Exchanges are allowed up to two times. If you would like a different product, you can return the original item and place a new order.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If you received the wrong item, we will issue a full refund for your payment.
• If the item is defective or damaged, we will also issue a full refund.

If the item is correct and in usable condition, no refund will be issued, but you can exchange the item as per our exchange policy.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at orders@a7contech.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for the replacement or refund as needed.

Limited Liability

A7CONTECH is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Jurisdiction

In case of any disputes, they will be handled in the courts of Pakistan, specifically Lahore, where A7CONTECH is based.
